Set up with tri quad option to adapt to all conditions and wave sizes makes this board equally at home is 2ft beach breaks right up to 8ft barrels. This board is a good pick for people looking for an everyday allrounder. Found it went well in some of the smaller summer slop but still handled well on some of the bigger days.
Board is as explained. Feels like a round tail monster box. Obviously better priced. Nice rails, foam forward, good for arcing turns and cut backs in big surf. I got on the large side of my volume to use as a step up for up to 8 foot. Goes well with AM2s. Glassing seems as good as a channel islands, possibly better, and maybe not as good as a JS. Best bang for my buck I have ever spent. Like it better in 6 foot than 3, but that is possibly because of the volume and length I got. Excellent board.
