Sideways warranties our surfboards to be free of major manufacturing defects in material to the original purchaser, and will be covered under a warranty period of of 90 days from proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for your warranty claims. The board will be replaced, repaired and refunded to the discretion of the manager. Sideways will make the final decision pending warranty outcomes. This requires inspection of defects. Your warranty is voided if an unauthorised repair occurs before a Sideways inspection.

YOUR WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER 

- Exposure to excessive heat, resulting in delamination

- Forceful damage 

- Improper storage 

- Damaged caused by waves / shore break 

- Broken fin boxes

- Theft 

- Misuse or neglect 

- Normal wear and tear 

- Impacts dents and depressions 

- Waterlogging

- Damage to product caused by accessories eg. fins, leashes
