All of the raw materials used in our boards are sourced from only the very best in their industry. The surfboard blanks are made in Indonesia using Formula One Surf Blank materials. Carbon fibre from Colan AustraliaFCSII and Future fin systemsAerolite clothsFGI and Allnex Resin and We use high grade Paulownia wood for the stringers in our surfboards.

Nick Blair "Joistik"

Having first picked up a planer at age 15, Nick Blair brings a wealth of design and shaping experience to his customers with over 25 years and 18,000 boards under his belt.

Growing up in South Africa, Nick frequented the South Coast of Durban and first drew inspiration and mentorship from shapers such as Ian Wright, Spider Murphy and Errol Hickman.


Jason Flanagan "Flanagan Surfboards"

Born on the Mid North Coast of NSW Australia, Flanagan’s ocean career kicked in at a very young age via his dad Patrick Flanagan - a major influence in the local surfing community at Crescent Head through the 70’s .


Shane Stedman "Shane Surfboards"

Australian surfing’s greatest showman (and once its biggest surfboard manufacturer) Shane Stedman has been bending the rules and people’s ears for more than half of a century. He was born and bred at Crescent Head and the Shane gang has broad appeal to a baby boomer market that goes beyond surfing. 


Greg Webber "Webber Surfboards"

Greg Webber started shaping surfboards at the Rose Bay family home at the age of 10 in 1970. His first attempts were from re-shaping EPS “Coolite“ learner boards. In 1973 he found a surfboard in a garbage bin at Bondi Beach. The nose was snapped off and it had been burnt by some vandals


Rod Dahlberg "Dahlberg Surfboards"

Rod Dahlberg remains one of Australia’s best shapers, and was the shaper behind Occy’s dominant years and world title.Originally from New Zealand, as a young teenager, Rod saw a lot of older surfers heading over to Australia for the winter, usually to warmer Queensland.


Phil Myers "FREE FLIGHT surfboards"

Phil Myers is local to the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, and is a familiar face to the legendary points of Lennox Head, Angowrie, Burleigh Heads and the beach breaks of the Great National Park.



Australian surfboard shaper Dave Wood has been shaping since 1988Shaped under the guidance  of  John Carper/JC  Hawaii and Bryan Newton of warriewood Dave comes with a humble but experience background and a wealth of knowledge with over 33 years of experince under his belt
