The PU model of the 'Dugong' has a round nose so the flat entry gives you the benefits of a mini mal, in terms of paddle speed and stability, white the high tail rocker with the deep RDC gives you drive and insane manoeuvrability.
Glassed with Bi-Axial (biax) cloth fibreglass cloth which provides high strength-to-weight ratio. It has more fibres and is stronger, however requires less resin making it nice and light.

Another call to Dave, and his reassurance that if I wasn't satisfied once I held it, he'd help me find a suitable alternative put my mind at ease. Long story short, I stuck with my original choice and I'm pretty stoked so far! The only negative is that I bought it at the start of the longest flat spell of the winter!
