Will Webber is the 2nd youngest of the Webber brothers from Bondi Beach. After years competing with his younger brother Ben on the APSA and then ASP tours he returned home to turn to the family trade (lead by his brother Greg) shaping boards.

In '92 he formed hardcore punk outfit, Mindcrack, with brother Ben and West Aussie pro surfer Matt Branson. Four years of inner city craziness ensued. Later he joined Sydney's finest 'Toe to Toe' in 2000 for another four years of madness. All the while hosting punk/metal/hard core radio shows in both Bondi and Yamba. Eventually putting on four music festivals; Doppelfest.

After shaping for the crew in Bondi and Avalon, he's spent the last 15 years honing his boards on the points and beach breaks of the Yamba area. He has had longtime team rider Zane Byrne and now WCT Tour rookie Morgan Cibilic to keep him on his toes.
